Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Experiences locations at Sections 103 and 322 free of charge. A valid driver’s license or picture ID will be required as a deposit while using the device.
Entrances
The primary ADA accessible entrance is Gate 3, located on NE 8th St. This location is also available for dropping off disabled Guests. Parking for disabled guests is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the P2 Parking Garage. Parking spaces are adjacent to Elevators 1&2, 3&4, and 7&8. Overheight parking for vans is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the P1 garage. Game/event parking fees will apply. Kaseya Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regards to our Guests with disabilities.
For Guests With Sensory Processing Needs
Kaseya Center is proud to partner with KultureCity to enhance our ability to support guests with sensory processing needs. Our goal is to ensure an inclusive, welcoming, and seamless experience for all guests, including individuals with sensory sensitivities. Through ongoing training for our team members and the provision of thoughtful accommodations, we are committed to raising awareness and addressing the unique challenges faced by those with sensory processing disorders.
Sensory Bags
Guests may check out sensory bags at no cost (with a valid ID) at designated locations. Each bag includes KultureCity VIP badges, fidget tools, noise-canceling headphones, and additional sensory support items.

Weighted Lap Pads
Weighted lap pads are available upon request at Section 103. These may also be checked out at no cost with a valid ID.
Sensory Room
A designated Sensory Room is available during all events for individuals who may become overstimulated and need a calming space. This room is located on the Mezzanine Level, directly across from Elevators 1 & 2. For assistance locating the Sensory Room, please speak with a Guest Experiences Representative or visit a nearby Guest Experience Booth.

Restrooms
All public restrooms at the Kaseya Center are accessible for our guests with disabilities. If you should need assistance, please contact an Kaseya Center team member.
Seating
Disabled and Accessible Seating is available in all ticket price categories, based on availability. Companion Seats may be available for purchase with each disabled seat purchased. Kaseya Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regard to guests with disabilities. Please call Kaseya Center at (786) 777-1000.
Sign Language Interpreter
Sign Language Interpreters should be requested through the Guest Experiences Department by phone at 786.777.1237 (voice) or 786.777.1177 (TTY) or by email at guestservices@heat.com at least 2 weeks prior to an event. Kaseya Center will make its best efforts to provide a sign language interpreter for the event, subject to availability.
