Please review the important information below:

• GA ticket holders who choose not to participate in Priority Entry should enter via the Gate 4 entrance once doors open at 6:00pm. This is the ONLY entrance you may access with a GA ticket.

• OVERNIGHT LINES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED, and guests are not permitted to “hold” a place in line for others arriving later.
• Wristbands must remain on the guest’s wrist at all times; any guest found with a tampered wristband will have their wristband confiscated.
• Guests are allowed to have a reasonable amount of food and non-alcoholic beverages while in line.
• Please be respectful of other guests – no running, pushing or line jumping; no alcohol or drugs; no glass containers; no selling of tickets, wristbands, concessions or merchandise; no animals (except service animals); no smoking.

Ticket holders found in violation of the General Admission policy may be asked to surrender their tickets and leave the Kaseya Center property.

Starting at 9:00am until 12:00pm only on each day, sequentially numbered wristbands will be issued to Floor GA ticket holders on a first come, first served basis at the Gate 4 entrance, located on NE 8th Street past the Ticket Office. Guests are asked to leave once they’ve received their wristband and return no earlier than 4:00pm.

A sequentially numbered wristband is not required for entry, only for Priority Entry.

At 4:00pm, guests will present their wristband at the Gate 4 entrance and have their tickets scanned. Guests will be admitted to the GA floor once doors open at 6:00pm.
