GENERAL INFORMATION
Show Time: 9:00pm* Doors Open: 8:00pm *Times subject to change
Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.
Parking: Parking is available in the Arena P2 Garage for $25.00 per vehicle (based on availability), and valet parking (in front of Gate 4) is $40.00 per vehicle.
Camera policy: No professional cameras, video or audio recording devices will be permitted.
Please Note: Strobe lights will be used throughout the show.
VIP INFORMATION
Red Carpet Package VIP Guests: Please follow the signage to Valet, located just East of the Box Office. Show your concert tickets for complimentary valet parking. VIP Ticket Holders should enter at the Gate 4 Hublot Entrance between 8:00pm-10:00pm for registration. Guests will receive a wristband for access to the Flagship Lounges, complimentary glass of champagne, NYE party favors and an exclusive merchandise item. Guests have access to the Flagship Lounges starting at 8:00 pm (food & beverage sold separately). The club will feature a cash bar and special Chef’s Table with a special NYE menu. HYDE FTXArena VIP Package includes 2 tickets in the 1st 10 rows on the floor, Access to HYDE FTXArena before and after the show, 4 drink tickets, Complimentary valet parking with VIP entrance, Special NYE novelties, Photo on the red carpet and complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival.

Moet station location: Moet will be offered at all open stands (105, 108, 112, 113, 117 and 120) and bars (Vom bar, 107, 108, 109, 111, 113, 114, 118 and 120 locations)

Tickets can be purchased at the AmericanAirlines Arena Ticket Office Window, located on the north side of the Arena near Gate 3. Box office Hours: 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday & (4) hours prior to show time on event days. (Times may vary) Tickets can also be purchased at The Miami HEAT Store at Miami International Airport. The store is located on the 2nd Floor, Terminal D32. Hours: 6:00AM - 10:00PM Monday - Sunday. Tickets also can be purchased online or by phone through Ticketmaster.
