A number of parking lots located directly adjacent to the facility have been permanently eliminated. ANIMAL OPEN HOUSE

Opening 90-minutes before show time, the Ringling Bros. Animal Open House is another amazing experience that’s FREE WITH YOUR TICKET!

The Animal Open House provides an exclusive opportunity to see our World Famous Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Asian Elephants and other members of our animal family up-close! Both adults and children are fascinated by the unforgettable experience that is sure to not only provide excitement, but also help inform everyone of our commitment to animal conservation through informative kiosks, audio tours, or by asking questions of our dedicated animal care team members. 

ALL ACCESS PRE-SHOW

The Greatest Show On Earth is building up the excitement one hour before the show begins, at the All Access Pre-Show where Children Of All Ages are invited to join our performers on the show floor! It’s your chance to be right in the middle of the circus action. Clown around with the world-renowned Ringling Bros. Clown Alley, learn circus skills and get autographs from extraordinary circus stars, try on an iconic Ringmaster jacket and be part of our sensational Ringling Bros. dance party! Be mesmerized by one of our talented Asian elephants as they step into the center ring to show off their artistic aptitude and then enter for a chance to take home an exclusive piece of pachyderm art!

GENERAL INFORMATION

For your safety and enjoyment, please read the following day-of-event information.

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Tickets will not be valid via Mobile Devices. To avoid delayed entry, please print your tickets prior to arrival.

Age Policy: If a child has reached their 2nd birthday, they must have a ticket for entry.

Camera policy: Small instamatic cameras are permitted with lenses 6" or less. Video Cameras or Audio Recording Devices are not permitted.

Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages will not be allowed inside the arena. No laser pens or flash lights are allowed. These items are dangerous to the performers and animals. Strollers and bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" will not be allowed inside the Arena. iPads, GoPro's, Selfie Sticks are prohibited.
