PARKING INFORMATION

Convenient Onsite Arena Parking:

Valet is available at $25.00, night of event, based on availability.
Garage Parking: Limited public parking is also available for $15.00 per vehicle in the Arena's P2 Garage on a first come, first served basis, and based on availability.

Additional parking is available in a short walking distance. 

Arrive Early & Enjoy

Animal Open House: Guests will have an opportunity to view the animals up close in Parcel B. Animal Open House will start 90 minutes before show times and closes Approximately 55 minutes prior the start of the show. Everyone entering the Animal Open House (Parcel B) must have a ticket to the following show.

GENERAL INFORMATION

For your safety and enjoyment, please read the following day-of-event information.

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Mobile App tickets are valid.

Age Policy: If a child has reached their 2nd birthday, they must have a ticket for entry.

Camera policy: Small instamatic cameras are permitted with lenses 6" or less. Video Cameras or Audio Recording Devices are not permitted.

Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages will not be allowed inside the arena. No laser pens or flash lights are allowed. These items are dangerous to the performers and animals. Strollers and bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" will not be allowed inside the Arena. iPads, GoPro's, Selfie Sticks are prohibited.
