General Information

Guests should arrive early and travel light, as all guests and bags entering the Arena are subject to search.

Age Policy:  Children 0-23 Months are admitted free if placed on parents lap.  If the child has reached the age or 2, they must have a ticket to enter.   Re-Entry to the Arena is prohibited.

Parking: Parking is available in the Arena P2 Garage for $15.00 per vehicle (based on availability), and valet parking (in front of Gate 4) is $25.00 per vehicle.

Camera policy: Small instamatic non-professional camera and video cameras will be allowed. No professional cameras are permitted in the building. 

Prohibited Items: No strollers will be permitted inside of the Arena. For your convenience, stroller check is available at Gate 2.

Special Effects:  Pyro, smoke/haze, strobe lights and lasers will be used during the performance.

Costumes: Children (under 16) wearing superhero costumes are permitted.  Children’s masks worn with a corresponding superhero costume will be permitted, exclusively for the Marvel Live performance.  Adult face masks are prohibited
