NOTICE OF PROTEST COMMITTEE MEETING

Basketball Properties, Ltd. (“BPL”) received a protest filed on behalf of H.A. Contracting Corp., dated June 12, 2025, regarding the Notice of Intent to Award an Agreement to Moss & Associates, LLC, in connection with RFP No. 2025-01 for Construction Management Services for the Suite Level Refresh Project at the Kaseya Center (the “RFP”).

Please be advised that a Protest Committee Meeting will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Kaseya Center located at 601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132. Anyone who desires to attend the meeting is advised to enter Gate 4 of the Kaseya Center.

H.A. Contracting Corp. and other Proposers who participated in the RFP and desire to make a presentation before the Protest Committee are requested to limit their presentations to no more than 30 minutes.

Please be advised that anyone choosing to appeal any decision with respect to any matter discussed by the Protest Committee will need a record of the proceedings; and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
